I recently acquired this beautiful dress, and it absolutely required me to get dressed up in my dolly best to show it to you! I've also been feeling a little blue lately and getting dressed up never fails to make me feel better.
The sleeves were what sold it to me. I love that the embroidery is carried over onto the cuffs.

WOW. Those sleeves! Just. Perfect.
ReplyDeleteI've never seen a dress like that in my life. Cheers for such an awesome find.
Hope you get to feeling better. Dressing up helps me, too

That is a super neat dress! I have never seen sleeves like that before! Hope you are feeling better :)
ReplyDeleteYou look just beautiful, and what a dress! Complete 1960's perfection. It looks like it is in such great condition too. Brilliant eye make-up as well, it suits you very nicely. I hope that you have been feeling better!
ReplyDeleteLovely dress! Where do you get all your vintage finds from? I only ever find good vintage clothes in very expensive shops, like £150 for a dress and that's way out of my budget.
ReplyDeleteCompletely get what you mean about getting dressed up to make you feel better. If im feeling crappy and im in my pyjamas with my hair scraped back, It makes me feel even worse.
and I've been picking up daffodils alot recently as well, they are so cheap and pretty! :)
That's quite an impeccable dress! I really love the color and the embroidered accents. It truly is a great find, and you look so lovely! I hope you are feeling better ♥
