I'm determined to make the most of the time I have where I currently am. I know myself well enough to know that it won't be long before I'm looking back at this place through the rosy hues of nostalgia, so at least I can feel comforted in knowing I did everything I wanted to whilst I was here. I've began keeping daily to-do lists as otherwise I dilly-dally and loose all track. I've also begun weekly vlogging which is proving to be fun and I really feel it's boosting my confidence.
I don't feel I have much to update on here, but it's something I absolutely want to get back to. Blogging will always be my preferred platform and where I feel most natural, but a break was necessary. Things will be changing a little around here - I put too much pressure on myself to blog a certain way and it's silly. I hope to make things a little less structured and a lot more me - whatever that is. Change is all around me, and I'm embracing that.
I always thought it would be very exciting to have an opportunity to move to just about any city you wanted. Part of me wishes I would have moved around a bit more, and experienced new places before going and buying a house in the same town I grew up in. I hope you find the most perfect place for yourself and make the most of this new adventure that awaits you!
ReplyDeleteThank you so much! I do think there's a romance to living in one place you're whole life, the true definition of home. That way you can travel but always know where you're coming back to. But I guess we always want the situation opposite to what we've got! I've moved around so much throughout my lifetime I get itchy feet after a while so I feel like I don't really have a home town which is a shame.
